JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Kitchen Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cloud kitchen, including packaging, and order fulfilment. Ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of orders.
Staff Supervision: Manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, kitchen assistants, and delivery drivers. Assign tasks, provide training, and monitor performance to maintain high standards of quality and productivity
Order Management: Coordinate and prioritize incoming orders from various online food delivery platforms. Ensure accuracy in order processing, packaging, and dispatch to minimize errors and delays.

Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and safety. Adhere to hygiene and sanitation protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner. Monitor customer reviews and ratings to identify areas for improvement.

Team Development: Provide training, coaching, and guidance to kitchen staff to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.


QUALIFICATION:
Previous experience in a supervisorye within a kitchen or food service environment.
Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and industry best practices.
